TOURNAMENT ENTRY PROCESS

1. Print and mail entry form on this page, include your check, this is the only way to reserve a spot.

2. Teams must register online at USSSA.com to receive your annual USSSA registration number. Your annual registration number should be included on the tournament entry form, but can be submitted at a later date.

3. USSSA and First Pitch Baseball require all teams register your team roster online at www.usssa.com. For printable instructions on how to enter your roster online click HERE. Print a copy of the completed roster for Team Check-In.

4. Check-In: Print a copy of your USSSA roster and give a copy to our Site-Supervisor at check-in one hour before your first game. A parent’s signature is required for each player. (the First Pitch roster/waiver form is no longer needed)

5. Hotel Reservations: If your team is in need of hotel rooms, you must book through PSE, our official travel service. PSE makes it simple and convenient, with discounted room rates, at the best hotels in Champaign. Click HERE or call
